I am nothing but satisfied with the service of Matt Cooper and his employees. I purchased my first home with Matt in 2015. Obviously being a large purchase and my first time, Matt understood I had a lot of questions and took the time to answer them all (I can tell you that I am a huge pain and want answers to everything). In 2018, I had a positive change in my work status and needed to sell my house. Matt assisted me and explained the best options to sell the home but left the decisions up to my wife and I. It was also suggested that I do a couple of things to increase the appeal of the already beautiful home. Needless to say, I received numerous offers and sold the house probably about as fast as the process could go. The end of 2019, I was in the market for home for my children to grow up in, with a lot of specifications from the wife and I. Matt’s team and sent numerous home possibilities and was available almost anytime I wanted to go look to include after hours and weekends. We found a home and are so extremely happy with the purchase. The process was was about as easy as a home buying process could be and I was updated the entire way by Matt’s team. It is apparent when a person is passionate about their profession and truly cares about the customer. I am a customer for life and will recommend Matt Cooper and the Group to any one looking for a Real Estate Agent! Thanks again Matt
