Just picked up my dream car, a 2025 Acura Integra Type S in Performance Red from Acura of Alhambra, and I couldn’t be happier! Huge shoutout to Diego Huamani (sales specialist) and Jorge Rivera (finance manager). These guys are the real deal! Super helpful, respectful, and professional. We just came by to check out the car after Disneyland with our kids and we went home with this bad ass car! No games, no BS. They helped us lock down the best deal without all the fake advertising and tricks you get at other dealerships. The whole process was fast and smooth, we were in and out in under 3 hours, which is a miracle especially since we had our two little kids with us. They were super considerate of that, too. If you’re looking for a trustworthy team that actually respects your time and doesn’t try to rip you off, go see Diego and Jorge. I can't recommend them enough. Acura of Alhambra charges $245 for an inspection fee, while Thomas Acura in West Covina charges less than $100. I took my mom's car in for a moonroof repair. She had an extended warranty, but the dealership quoted $1,250, claiming it wasn’t covered because "nothing broke." I called to stop the work. I did not want her to pay $1,250 for 2019 Acura TLX. Imagine this, a nearly new car had a moon roof problem. They don't make car now as good as before. The next day, I tried to retrieve the car—starting at 7 AM, then 8 AM, making 20, then 30 calls in a single day. Yes, that many. All they had to do was communicate—stop ignoring customers, provide clear updates on repairs, and offer loaners, like Thomas Acura does. Every car I saw has a sticker with line that says "dealer markup" on top of added options like paint protection, floor mats, and security systems. One car even had a $10,000 markup. Thomas Acura in West Covina has no dealer markup—at least, none that I ever saw. Acura of Alhambra can be worth it if you get a good deal or have a strong relationship with the staff. Perla, a former service advisor, once covered a $2,500 oil leak repair under warranty for a 2019 Acura. She was great—but she’s no longer there.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction regarding the ongoing unresolved recall issue pertaining to my vehicle, which has persisted for nearly nine months and poses a serious risk of complete engine failure. This is an urgent matter that requires immediate attention. Recently, I scheduled an appointment with Acura of Alhambra to address the recall, specifically concerning the fuel pump issue. I was informed that the repair would require approximately three to four hours. However, after adhering to the initially promised duration, I was subsequently informed that the repair would necessitate an additional four hours. Regrettably, no alternative transportation was offered, and my vehicle remained unrepaired. The unresolved fuel pump issue has not only resulted in significantly increased fuel consumption and expenses but also poses a serious risk of complete engine failure. This represents an unacceptable safety concern that warrants immediate attention. I had duly informed the staff of my impending medical procedure at the hospital and my inability to extend my wait time. Despite conveying this critical information, the staff Mr. Aaron Acevedo appeared indifferent to my circumstances. Compounding the situation, I was repeatedly told that I had made an appointment to “meet with him,” which is factually incorrect. I possess documentation that substantiates my assertion that this was a repair appointment. As a loyal Acura customer for 15 years, I am exceedingly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and consideration I encountered. This experience has severely undermined my confidence in Acura's customer service standards.
