I’ve tried several dentists in London, but this one is exceptional! From the start, the receptionist, Mansi, went above and beyond. Despite it being a busy month, she patiently gave me all the available slots and helped me find the most convenient time. She even explored the possibility of rescheduling another patient to accommodate my request for back-to-back appointments. I truly appreciated her effort. The hygiene appointment was smooth and incredibly comfortable. The hygienist provided personalized guidance, explaining which tools would work best for my teeth and how to use them effectively. The check-up was equally outstanding. The dentist didn’t rush and took his time to explain every detail about my teeth. Although my teeth are healthy, he pointed out subtle brushing habits he noticed during the check-up and highlighted potential risks to my gums that other dentists had overlooked. Both the hygienist and dentist recommended the most affordable and effective tools for me to use at home—without trying to sell their own products. Coming from a country with a high-quality dental system, I didn’t think I’d find the same standard of care in the UK. However, this experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled to have found such an exceptional clinic!

They are hard working and try and accommodate you whenever they can.
