This clinic is an absolute joke! Ever since their best physiotherapist Amruta left the clinic went downhill. The physiotherapist they got to replace her this Alisha Britto is absolutely horrible therapist. Her techniques are literally terrible and she doesn't even try to help you. She just rushes thru your appointment so that she can get on to the next client, which is another reason this clinic sucks is that they booked all their clients back to back to back in 20 minute increments thus giving you no time to actually be treated properly. I got there a little late at what will be my last appointment ever at this clinic and all that Alisha did was complain about how I was late and that our appointment would have to be cut short even though this was literally the only time I could come down there to get treatment on my day off. She made me feel like it was a chore just to do her job. Plus she tried to get me to lie face down on a bed that had just been cleaned and was still wet with chemicals. I left before she could even bother doing her treatment as she made me feel very unwelcome and unimportant as she was more concerned about starting her next appointment then actually providing me with proper treatment. Maybe this clinic shouldn't stack all their appointments so close together so that if people are running a little behind due to the slow traffic in Burlington during the afternoon then they don't have to be treated like a low priority because they missed a few minutes of their appointment. The whole thing is just unrealistic and just a cookie cutter operation where they don't actually want to put in the time to help you they just want to phone it in and move on to the next. Ever since Amruta left it has been terrible and I won't be going back.
