Lino from my experience is an excellent physio therapist. He really tries to work with you on, hopefully, your road to recovery. He reviews the exercises with you, and then he provides you with the photos of the exercises and instructions to refresh your memory so you can practise at home. He really strives for your improvement, and does not hold back if he feels you should pursue other avenues for better recovery,

Roxanne is a fantastic massage therapist, I've been going to her for years and so have my parents. She does a great job and is always so helpful with recommending stretches or exercises to help manage your pain in between sessions. I even went to her throughout my entire pregnancy and she was so helpful with relieving my back pain. The front desk staff at this place is very friendly and helpful and the facility is always clean
