Great hauler / broker, with excellent customer service. I needed to move a skid steer from the Dakotas to California. The Caterpillar dealer and their hauler (Penske) completely dropped the ball and left me in a bad spot. Thankfully Amanda and the Action Heavy Haul team jumped in and SAVED THE DAY for me! Amanda quickly confirmed the load, picked up on schedule, and did the job at a fair price. I highly recommend this team. Kudos to Amanda.

Kevin Tully, is the very disrespectful broker! We run into issues with the load booked with him, I have been trying to reach him all day, and he always says "let me call back in a few minutes" and he never called us back, never, for the whole day. Next day he sent $150 for a layover, for the truck not being unloaded 1st day, Which doesn't even cover our expenses sitting there all day with the truck running in 90 degrees F. If you hear the name Kevin Tully, please stay away and don't book any loads with him, save you time and nerves!

Horrible company. I have been trying to get paid from them for 2 months and they keep giving me the run around. They are also making me do their job on trying to get paperwork for their accounting department. I’m making calls back and forth from person to person and nothing has been resolved. I’ve done everything they have asked me to do and still have not received payment.
