I like to think of myself as a handy DIYer, but when I found a squeaky floor no screw could fix, I called Ace. I got on their schedule quickly and even moved up thanks to a cancellation. Their communication is excellent—texts to confirm the appointment and a heads-up with the tech’s name and photo so you know who’s coming. I especially want to shout out Geno. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained the issue clearly with helpful next steps. The squeak isn’t fully resolved, but that’s no fault of Ace—they made the repairs they could and gave me a reasonable diagnosis and quote for the rest. I decided not to move forward with the fix for now, but I’d absolutely recommend Ace—and especially Geno—to anyone who needs an extra hand.
