Evan Duncan did an excellent appraisal of the deck renovation we are starting. Obviously has many years of experience, precise, great communicator. Definitely inspires confidence that this project will be staffed by experienced, talented craftsmen. Pretty excited to get the proposal in hand next week. Here are the 'before' photos.

Dave Holston did an excellent job replacing the wood around my garage window, below the side garage door, and installed one window vent that was previously an open hole. Darn squirrels! He kept me informed about what he suggested should be done throughout the morning. I will certainly recommend ACE Handyman Services to my family and friends.

I contracted a 4 hour package with Ace Handyman. This was my first experience, and I was very pleased. I had a positive experience with the scheduler Don who discussed my proposed projects and guesstimated how long work would take. I opted for Wednesday the 26th of November. Handyman Alan Tobias was assigned to do my projects. He was knowledgeable, friendly and great at his craft. All jobs were completed to my satisfaction and on time.

Ace Handyman of Ann Arbor has been a savior for us. I’m currently awaiting back surgery and can’t do the things I normally could. My wife and I recently bought a house in Saline and Kevin Fleming has been our tech for each visit. We requested he come back on return visits. He’s done a ton of small projects ranging from putting in ceiling fans in, mounting TVs, and installing new smart locks everywhere, to assembling some new furniture for us. Kevin has been amazing. He’s completed all our projects quickly with great quality work. Kevin listens to what you want, then provides clear feedback how he will do it. The companies’ prices are reasonable. Highly recommend, especially Kevin Fleming!
