I spoke to 2 different reps via phone who were both very helpful, easy going and happy to talk. The email correspondence was quick and included no reluctance to assist with my asks and requests. It was a really professional experience and the guitar showed up absolutely mint with a perfect set up. It's my first buy of a brand new mid premium guitar and I'm immediately in love. They made the acquisition easy and updated me via email as the shipping process began.

Cole Clark fat lady 2ac came packed well and in a timely manor. This replaced my damaged one which is the closest bunya top. Crazy to see the color change after transfering the pic guard everything darkened. Acclaim was great to deal with. Good communication, bought unseen and unplayed. Too far to grab. Really didn't have much to worry about with this caliper guitar. Just wish it was as cheap as my old one 10 years ago. Thanks guys and Shawn or Sean for arranging this. Best sounding guitar even over Martin and Taylor. Another proud owner that didn't need to be sold on.

Bought four wireless DMX lighting receivers; two arrived worn, one with adhesive. Acclaim confirmed that the items they sent out were direct from the distributor, so they were as confused as I was. They handled everything quickly, contacted the manufacturer, and got me a full refund. Great customer service, and I can buy from them with confidence. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing service, especially if you have no knowledge of recent problems with musical instruments. My first order I threw together unfortunately wasn't able to be filled until at least 2025. With a quick phone call, two other instruments were chosen. So I put together another order and waited (at Christmas time as well, so I knew it was going to take a bit to fill the order). As time went by I contacted Acclaim a few times, basically for reassurance they hadn't forgotten me, lol. I can be really impatient and the employees were extremely polite and helpful. They price matched and easily swapped the difference for a bass guitar case (however my payment method caused problems with that, my fault not theirs). HUGE discount on shipping, let's not get crazy and think a large order can qualify for free shipping, which was delivered within 2 days after the inventory arrived at Acclaim. Everything was packed with care and is in pristine condition. The bass guitar I chose was the only piece of my order I was waiting on, however I also ordered an amp, cables, pedals, and a few more goodies. Reached out at one point to see if I needed to have the "goodies" shipped early (concerned they might be "in the way" or something), Acclaim easily held onto everything for me and again it's in perfect condition. A little back story here but I visited Acclaim when I was about 14 and they treated me like a rock god, lol. They wanted me to try all these guitars and basses but unfortunately I didn't have the time, fell in love with a few basses though. When they handed me a bass worth a few grand I was floored, shops around Ottawa would barely talk to me at 14 and none of them let me handle instruments (they knew I was buying at the time). Being stuck in North Bay for a week at 14 wasn't very fun, but that little visited helped start me on a journey. Fast forward to 42, music has been the therapy I have desperately needed in my life. Started listening to KoRn again, been about 20 years since I heard them and wow did I ever miss it. Come October of 2023 and Adidas and KoRn collaborate (thanks to rheumatoid arthritis Adidas are the only shoes that work for me, and there tracksuit have helped relieve pressure on my hips), the fanboy in me couldn't wait for a full KoRn set. December rolls around and I choose an Ibanez K5 to purchase. Delays happened but for whatever the stars aligned and on the 30th anniversary of KoRn's first album my order shipped. The Lords of Metal were good to me but Acclaim Sound and Lighting must be in a realm with the Gods of Metal.... truly I am not worthy, lol.
