I am so picky about my hair as I usually get disappointed. But I just received the BEST service ever. So warm and welcoming and the outcome was amazing!! And not to mention the hair wash was great and so relaxing! Anna was great and I will be recommending her and coming back very soon!!

I've had the worst experience of my life at the Scarborough location. First off, I had to wait close to, if not 20 mins, past my appointment time for her to start. Second, my hair ended up being approximately 3 inches shorter than I asked and showed in the inspiration photo. She had to go around my hair 3 times because she kept saying she thought it was uneven. She finally called over a co-worker to help her even it out. I couldn't even tell her I hated it at that point because I was fighting back the tears. I didn't even make it to my car before I broke down. I've never felt so ugly in my entire life. Not only that I asked if she could curl it like the picture, she didn't let the curling iron heat up enough and she didn't hold it in my hair long enough for it to hold a curl. I've been here once before and saw Jules last year when I came to Maine to visit, and she did a fantastic job. However, Anna did not, $94+tip for a haircut that makes me cry everytime I look in the mirror. I skipped my 20 year high-school reunion the next day because I didn't want anyone to see me. Now I'll spend the next year hiding under a hat, and I absolutely hate hats. I also wanted to add that she sectioned my bangs crooked. Even after all that it is still visibly uneven. Balayage Hair! First time I’ve had this service, I am impressed by my first experience with this service, products and salon. My hairdresser Haddy, I highly recommend at the Scarborough location. I had a huge natural growth section with grays, she colored my roots and made the highlights flow beautifully. She is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and confident. Booked my next appointment for a touch up!
