My family doctor recommended that I see a chiropractor for headaches related to neck and shoulder pain/tightness. Adam quickly assessed my postural issues and came up with a treatment plan to correct them, sending me home with easy-to-follow exercises after each session. After six weeks of visiting the clinic, the severity and frequency of my headaches have dramatically decreased, and the tightness in my neck and shoulders continues to improve as I work with the exercises he showed me.
