Rayo RauckBought a Subaru Legacy, the customer service was literally perfect! Fazeel (who is the owner's son) was extremely polite and patient, he answered all of my questions and never rushed me. The purchase process was very convenient as well, Fazeel basically took care of everything which was very helpful as I needed a car ASAP. As for the car, its great but was not perfect unfortunately. It had a couple of minor issues. There was some wind noise in the cabin due to the rubber lining (I somehow missed that during the test drive) but Fazeel got the issue fixed for me post purchase at no cost and was very nice about it. 🎉 ...The other issue was that the steering wheel pulls significantly going over bumps (also missed that during the test drive somehow ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜). This was a bit of a weird experience as both Fazeel and his mechanic flat-out denied feeling it and tried to gaslight me into thinking it's normal 💀, but l got it test driven by other people and they all felt it (including a different mechanic). Regardless, Fazeel got that checked out at his mechanic which was amazing, but the mechanic said it's not a safety issue, it's most likely due to worn parts. I'll have to get this fixed myself, which is valid and low-key my own fault as I could not be as vigilant in making sure the car was good since I needed it ASAP and it looked "good enough". I WOULD recommend buying a car here for sure since they won't abandon you after your purchase, but definitely make sure that you do your due diligence and properly get the car inspected BEFORE you buy it (if you've made it this far in this long ass review, im sure you're already doing that haha). What I should have done is let a bit more money bleed from the rental I had and taken my time in getting the right car. A lot of things that are not considered safety issues currently can cause expensive problems later or just be super inconvenient. And Fazeel if you're reading this, I truly appreciate you being patient and taking care of my concerns as much as you did! 😊
