Beginning to slack. What once took 2 days now takes 2 weeks to complete. And what is done on time is extremely inconsistent either it’s smudgy, patchy, or lighter than everything else, some things will have texture and others are smooth. The shiftiest thing is every time I show up the guys are hiding in corners either on their phones or smoking. They make eye contact and look away as if they didn’t even see you and with no acknowledgment whatsoever look back down at their phones. I only give it 3 stars because I’ve been with Bruce for so long, but the work ethic just isn’t there anymore. Time to get it together or find a new crew.
