If I could give zero stars, I would. My mom hired this law firm to work on her immigration case, and the entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. It started when they took $500 as a starter fee, claiming they would begin by pulling an old police report. After 1-2 months of no updates, my mom returned to the office, only to be asked for another $500 because they supposedly couldn’t obtain the report but promised to keep trying. From that point on, weeks turned into months with zero communication from their end. My mom repeatedly tried to reach out for an update, but her calls always went to voicemail. On one occasion, a remote worker finally answered and said the lawyer was in the office and would take her call—but when the call was transferred, it went straight to voicemail again. Despite leaving messages expressing her frustration, no one bothered to follow up. My mom finally got through to the lawyer, only to be told that nothing had been done on her case. They offered no documentation or proof of any work being completed—just excuses and vague explanations. To make matters worse, they refused to refund her fully, despite clearly failing to deliver on their promises. This law firm took my mom’s money, provided no results, and showed zero professionalism throughout the entire process. If you’re considering trusting them with your immigration case, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. They’re quick to take your money but slow—or completely absent—when it comes to doing the work. Avoid this place at all costs.

SCAMMERS! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Don’t hire this company for anything. My mother hired Denise as her immigration attorney over a 2 YEARS AGO, they have supposedly been “working” on my moms case throughout the year, but have gotten NOWHERE. They started ignoring my mothers phone call after multiple attempts to try and get In contact with them, after several voicemails and messages, they have yet to reach back out to her. It’s been over 3 months now of them ghosting her with zero communication. They have robbed my mom for her money and have not helped her with her case whatsoever. Stay away from this company!

Update: there was a response to my review… most likely because State Bar Association is investigating. I just want to clarify… there were no attempts to reach me. While she was hired, I returned her call within minutes of missing a call. Usually she would call me a few mins before closing time… so when I would call back they wouldn’t answer. The rest are just excuses for their lack of effort towards my case. I wish i could give 0 stars. I’ve never felt so frustrated and cheated. I hired Denise to process my Advance Parole back in April of 2023. By November 2023 my “Assistant” told me my file was going to be sent off the last week of November. 2 months went by and didnt hear anything from them. I called in January to check in hoping my approval was soon only to find out they never sent off my file!!! And that my assistant was not employed there anymore! I had to restart the process again with a new assistant because they didn't have all of my file anymore! The lack of communication is unreal and impossible to speak to Denise. I fired her in September due to negligence towards my case. She decided i only deserved 80 dollars back from the almost 1500 i paid. They did not do anything besides put documents together that they never filed! I requested to speak to Denise for months and I have yet to receive a call back or email back from Denise to dispute my refund. All she cares is about the money. If she cant handle her lawfirm then maybe she shouldn’t have one. I will continue to fight for my refund. The state bar association will be my next step step if she continues to ignore me. Im not the only one shes done this to. This is ridiculous. Sucks that she does this to her own people.

Do not recommend. There was no communication with my dad’s case at all. She just took his money and told us the process for his fingerprints would take 4-6 months, 1 year later and we still haven’t heard back. We went to a different lawyer that was recommended to us and got the fingerprint process in TWO weeks! Save your money with this one!
