Get other quotes!! I had 5 fully gutted washrooms, 2 kitchen sinks and a dishwasher & washing machine to be installed. Their prices were more than double the competitors - MORE THAN DOUBLE!! I had asked them over the phone for an idea of pricing for installing a toilet or a vanity so that I wouldn't waste my time or theirs, but they insisted their tech had to visit first. They were prompt within 24 hours, and the quote was prompt - same day. That's all the good I can say about them. Here's some pricing for you in case you don't want your time wasted: install a vanity (not the faucet) $1,500, install the faucet $225, install a shower system (simple style) $891, install a dishwasher $518, install a freestanding tub and tub filler $1880. I get that business' have to make a profit, but these prices are not competitive with the market or the industry. Do your homework!

Was quoted $1.5k + $125 disposal fee to remove an old toilet and install a smart toilet (which I already owned). Quote seemed quite high, so I got a 2nd quote from another highly reviewed plumbing service in Mississauga. I was quoted ONE FIFTH the price, and informed by this new plumber that the old toilet will be removed from the curb for free on garbage day—no need for him to remove. Lo and behold, the new toilet was installed in a few hours and works great. And the old toilet was hauled off by the city this morning as I was informed. I try to avoid posting negative reviews. But the difference in cost of these quotes was so egregious that I felt compelled to let others know to get a 2nd opinion. I also suspect there's a chance that the plumber who gave me the quote didn't want to bother dealing with a smart toilet, so quoted me an outrageous price to avoid the work.
