Update: I visited the store today and was assisted by a manager who immediately recognized my name and understood my situation as soon as I explained it. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually pay attention to their reviews! I felt heard and respected — and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He was absolutely amazing, and I can see why he’s in management. I’ll have my new mattress by next week, and I’m beyond grateful. Both employees I’ve spoken with have been great overall; the only issue was that the first associate didn’t mention the restocking fee. Still, the manager handled everything quickly and professionally, and I truly appreciate that level of service.

We went in today mostly to look and get an idea of what we needed as our current mattress is causing a lot of pain. We didn’t intend on buying today because we didn’t think we could. Jesse was phenomenal in explaining what would best suit our needs showing us different mattress and base options. His knowledge in the products was superb. He was not pushy in his sales pitch at all, it was really like talking to a friend and that made us comfortable to explore our purchasing options. We had a truly great experience and ended up purchasing a mattress and base for less than we expected. We are excited to get our new bed in a few days. Thanks Jesse!
