After an extensive search on google and yelp and getting a few quotes, I hired A&D to do some work in my basement. I had radiant floor heating mats that shorted out after a bad leak through the ceiling. The work included replacing the entire floor (underlayment, heating mats, and LVT click lock flooring), repairing the damage to the ceiling, and painting the room. Andrii from A&D was very easy to work with right from the start. He gave me an estimate that was less than all the other quotes I had gotten, and was willing to work with the radiant floor heating mats when 2 other companies straight up refused. He maintained great communication throughout the whole project and he is a very hard worker which was obvious when he stayed every day until past 6pm in order to finish the whole job in 3 days. My basements looks amazing and I am so glad I went with A&D. I will 100% use them again for future projects. It’s so hard to find a contractor in New York that is hardworking, honest, and skilled, but that's what you get with A&D.

Very professional company. On time for their appointment. Clean and neat job. Very respectful. They did a fantastic job fixing the hole in my ceiling. Can’t ever tell that I had a problem with my ceiling. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend.
