Went in to ask about a road trip we are planning they could not have been nicer. Wakisha the travel agent was very helpful and got us set up for our trip. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to travel. They really know there stuff. I now have a trip all planned for us and am looking forward to get on the road.

I've never used my membership before today, so I wasn't sure how it would go. AAA was super kind and prompt and even waited for me to make it to the car that was being towed! 10/10 experience.

Came out and got me started up, his tool wasn't working so I was "referred" to a mechanic to test my alternator. All he had to do was put a probe from a voltmeter on the copper in the alternator then ground it to see if it was in the range of 13.6v-14.6v.. He did tell me a good tip about diagnosing a voltage regulator in my alternator though.
