Many thanks to Mihai from SMS who was extremely knowledgeable, confident, efficient and effective in solving what looked to be a complex lock issue on a very heavy 8 ft tall double glazed balcony door in a 10 year-old flat. Within 4 hours from my first phone call, and following two visits, Mihai successfully identified and replaced the faulty mechanism. I also really appreciated the reassurance in that Mihai was clear that if he couldn't quickly source the part from spares, he would install a temporary lock for our security. All excellent - highly recommended.
