He also took the initiative to do some additional adjustments to our door frame to ensure the new lock was installed properly and functioning smoothly, all without any extra charge. Lee is rare. I’d even argue to say he’s one of a kind. Never ever ever in my life have I seen a professional with the care, attention to detail and patience Lee has. I had locked myself out of my flat and it was so complicated to sort out but Lee didn’t lose hope or commitment. He is honest and not out there to get you. So many locksmiths in London are quite the opposite. I hope I never have to find myself in a locked pickle again but if I ever do - I will always trust Lee.
