Upon dropping the damaged laptop off they advised they were able to order the correct screen and replace within 5 working days (due to delivery of screen). Once I received a call later that day with a Quote, and no sales pressure, I went ahead and collected the laptop the following week. Very pleased with the service and price. Excellent service and very professional, they looked at my computer which apparently had a known problem (manufacturer failed to tell me about!). They did a diagnostic and tried a quick fix free of charge which didn't work and said they could try an alternative which would be more costly/invasive. I then decided to argue with the manufacture who has now decided to repair it given the known fault. A1 didn't charge a thing but were very good and honest in their advice. Highly recommended and I've just sent a referral their way given the excellent experience I had
