A local gem, a place of rejuvenation and warmth. Especially love the kundalini classes, the instructor is very encouraging, offers diverse postures, and allows for silence during postures which allows us to go deeper into our own experience. Greatly appreciated. Sarah with hot yoga is incredible as well, clear and kind.

I've been to quite a few classes over the past few weeks and loved every one of them. The variety of yoga practices and times offered made it easy for me to get there, no matter how my day was scheduled. All of the teachers are wonderful and welcoming while offering a relaxing or challenging session. I took a class today, and can't wait to go tomorrow!

Over the past two months, I've been practicing Ashtanga yoga at Yoga Village, and the experience has been truly enriching. I've noticed meaningful progress, particularly in relieving discomfort in my back and injured knee. My instructor, Heather Serna, is an outstanding professional—patient, deeply passionate about her craft, gently firm, and consistently attentive. She maintains a watchful eye on every practitioner, offering diligent guidance and encouragement to ensure proper form in each movement and pose. Yoga Village is a fantastic place for anyone interested in beginning their journey with Ashtanga yoga. The studio's atmosphere and location only add to its appeal. I look forward to returning soon.

Love everything about Yoga Village. If you’re looking for a home away from home to practice yoga look for the owner Freddy. He will make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. This studio has given me a sense of community. A true gem in the heart of Tampa Bay.
