Josephine CracknellWe had our first visit to Cotswold company Bath last April - the staff were lovely and helpful and we had our first order delivered without a hitch. Unfortunately we travelled to Bath again in December to visit again and what a let down!! Staff were rude and uninterested, following us round like we were going to steal something! The items I asked to leave on the counter to buy whilst I continued to look round were cast aside by the cashier and nearly sold to another person. Very rude staff pushing past us whilst we queued and speaking over us . Totally disappointed after such a good first visit.
