The absolute worst most terrifying work experience in my life. Property manager of spring creek and Erie communities is a liar, sabotaged my work, accused me of theft after I quit and put dumped water in my gas tank . I had to use my own money and credit cards and wait for them to send checks weeks later to reimburse me, told not to help residents. No maps of water, sewer and gas lines, forced to go into water meter pits by myself with nobody to watch me almost daily. Very nice residents though .

So, living in a mobile home park that has new owners was difficult to get them to do anything. They finally got these guys to take care of things. Suzette has been nothing short of amazing. A hunter has finally made it possible to pay my Land Lease online! We had a weird hiccup but it resolved in minutes not days or weeks. They have been responsive and communicative. If you are looking for a management company, this is the one. It's very nice to have the liaison available who can promptly address problems residents may have. I have a dead tree on my land and They have someone coming out within 1 week to look at it and advise the owner the bid and whether or not it needs to be taken down. I called the tree place to see when they're coming, got the day and estimated time but also got a glowing review of A Hunter from the office of the tree company. It's like a promise of good things to come.

A Hunter Property Management is not good at all. I have been renting from them 6 years and I'm about to move my home off the property soon. All they do is lie about things to try to take you to court. I have photo and video proof of all this. They sent one letter to stating i needed to remove my kids swing set from the property because it made my yard look cluttered and if i did not they was pursuing legal action to have me removed. They have also sent letters threatening to remove me when i was on vacation and the wind blew skirting off of my home. But yet the entire property is full of abandoned homes and looks like a disaster area. Do not rent from these people if you have kids. Not a good company at all. Attached are photos of abandoned homes on the property. They need to get the facts straight before complaining about simple stuff. My one neighbor i had was evicted for her flower bed being an eye sore and it was the best kept place in the park so be careful who you rent from. And if the harassment continues before i do move i will be posting another review with all the threat letters and photos of my home. This is not a good property management company and if you are a landlord please do your research and check out multiple sites they manage and also check with some of the people that rent from them. Or you may end up with an abandoned park such as a few other sites they manage. I am a business owner and no way i would ever and i mean ever let these people run my business period. This site was once a thriving community now only 9 residents about 20 broken down mobile homes and 14 empty lots. The management speaks for itself!!!
