WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN QUITE SOME TIME! This company just delivered a 776 pound delivery to my location and this was the spot they thought was a great idea to leave it. Smack dab in the middle of a hallway, blocking my store room and my exit simply because the driver wasn't skilled enough to maneuver it through the hallway! Best part you ask? When I called customer service they had nothing but excuses, said the driver was told to leave it there and that there was no driver in the area anymore to correct the issue - even though it was 15 minutes from it happening and I was on hold waiting. What a joke!

My company purchased 3 refrigeration units. This company was the shipper. I scheduled delivery between 12pm - 5pm. I scheduled employees to be on site until 5pm. By 4:30 I call for an ETA. Customer service tells me they won't be there until 6pm - 8pm. The right thing to do even though this was not possible for these employees to stay this late would be to call me and give me the heads up but that didn't happen. So now we are scheduled today between 11am - 3pm. Going forward I will not use this company, this was highly inconvenient and paying staff to wait for a delivery was not cost effective. Update, 9:45am I am told my delivery is not on the truck today, no explanation given. Rescheduled till June 1st. Update, I get a call today May 27th, my delivery is at the building. Great, the building where there are no staff. I asked why today when it was scheduled for June 1st. The driver whom I am not blaming doesn't know. After some begging and pleading I got a maintenance man and a woman staff who I feel so bad for to go to the building and by some miracle they got 3 refrigeration units inside, which by the way we paid for an inside drop off but we had to wrangle our own staff to help.The communication is awful, the system they use is not organized and makes them incompetent in my opinion. If the people that are responsible for this disaster worked for me it wouldn't be for long.

They don't care about the freight they are delivering they damaged so much freight they delivered to us , they only thing they care about is getting the freight out the door and this came out of the mouth of the drivers. They treat the drivers like dirt I've had plenty of the drivers complain about the way they are being treated when they delivered to us.
