Had a package being sent form India, these guys called me when it got to Canada and informed me of the duties that need to be payed for it being cleared through customs... I didn't realize I would have to pay a customs clearance price when it go to Canada but I was on the phone with customer service for about half an hour and they explained the whole process to me and the lady was super nice and understanding about me not knowing the process. 10/10 recommended for international cross-border shipping the people make or break the company and these guys seem actually have values they work by, will using their services again.

When they said they'll get my package to me in a time critical manner, they weren't lying, speed is definitely a priority for them, needed a bulk order from China to Canada because our previous shipment through Canada post got lost or something, didn't have time to deal with the logistics of it just needed the shipment asap for work event, found these guys and so thankful for their speed! Speed is not a problem, but the impond broker tried to scam me 60 cad. Be aware! If you want to self clear they will try to scam you again! I asked for the self clear documents and an Asian lady claims that I need to pay 30 dollars for " document processing"! Luckly I called again and a nice lady sent me the files right away!
