They have been charging me for months. I called month after month, voice mail, no call back, no one available… I finally got a callback and I explained the situation. I told them to please stop charging me as I had moved away months ago. They asked “who did you speak with on your first visit” I told them who it was and they replied with “that person does not work here anymore”. Okay? Can you stop charging me and give me a refund? The lady just sat in silence. I told them I would have to charge back the funds because they have had 0 communication and can’t even answer the phone. They said “that’s okay either way the bank will have to reach out to us” basically saying it’s fine if I charge back, I won’t be getting my funds back? No more recommending this place to anyone. I recommended to co-workers and family. My bank takes care of me, I’ll be getting my money back and you all will be getting this bad review. Lose + Lose for this location.

This is the best kept (not so) secret in Cedar Park. If you’ve never tried floating or if you’ve floated elsewhere in the past this place will not disappoint. It’s squeaky clean, has a super chill vibe and the staff are friendly and helpful. You’ll leave feeling like a million bucks!

Absolute best experience! I don’t sit and relax very well and my husband encouraged me to book the float spa and tranquil is an understatement. I will absolutely be back! If this experience can get me to relax, it can get anyone to relax haha.
