GREAT EXPERIENCE!! They have most desirable inventory at the best price on the market! Buying process is very simple, and straightforward, Maegan has always respond quick to my email, and the owner Brian is a pleasant guy to talk to, and big thanks to Edwin took care of all the finance!! and even stay late for me on Friday evening! After driving 3 hours back home from LuxMoto (that's right, out of state purchase was worth it) I realize my daughter has left her beloved Disney princess water bottle at LuxMoto, I shoot Maegan an email and asking them if they can locate the water bottle for my daughter! Maegan got back to me and said the water bottle was found and will be post it back to me at no CHARGE to me! That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I highly recommend LuxMoto quality cars at very best market price!!

Normally I wouldn't say anything about this, but this dealer is advertising their vehicle as being a local trade-in," when in reality this car advertised is an off lease car from California that was in an accident and sold through an auction. This is misleading and fraudulent. They even used the stock auction pictures and you can see the auction stickers and California license place on the back from where it came from. Just say, 1-owner, off lease vehicle from California purchased direct from a Lexus manufacturer auction and you could avoid some jerk lawyer suing you 2 years later. If you're not careful of small details like this, it just makes one wonder.. correct the ad and I'll change my review and maybe even buy a car from you.

I was referred to this place by a close friend and I ended up having an amazing experience. We came here to look for a car for me with my mom and we ended up buying two cars! The customer service was great. The whole team was very friendly. Chris and Carson made the process super easy. Normally car shopping is stressful, but they made it fun and we had a blast. We felt very appreciated. We didn’t leave the place feeling ripped off. They made it work for us. It’s hard to come around genuine people like that in the car selling industry. I am not one to normally write reviews but when I received such great service from the staff at Luxmoto I felt that I should share my experience with others who might be thinking about buying a car there. First off given the typical reputation of car dealers I am always skeptical of anything they tell you. From my experience Luxmoto is anything but your typical car dealer. I am from out of state and saw the vehicle that I purchased from them on their website store. I had been looking for that exact vehicle for quite some time, but I was very nervous to commit to a vehicle that I didn’t get to at least “kick it’s tires”. Also I did a lot of prior research and the price quoted on their website was very reasonable and fair for the vehicle I purchased and I was very happy for once not to have to play the typical games most dealers play in negotiating the price. My contact at Luxmoto was Brendon and he took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable enough to purchase the vehicle sight unseen. But the proof was in the pudding, as when I saw the vehicle it was exactly as stated. He could not have been more honest down to the minor scratch on the rear bumper that I could hardly see. Brendon was nice enough to pick me up at the airport and stayed late on a Friday night so that I could take delivery and start my drive back to Montana. To top things off when I did have a minor problem with the car Brendon stepped-up and took care of the problem. Most car dealers would have said it wasn’t their problem now as I bought the car “as is”. So based on my experience with Brendon and Luxmoto I could not more highly recommend them if you are interested in purchasing a high quality used car.
