To summarize my experience: Unethical, Dishonest, and Preys on the Vulnerable. I would strongly caution anyone from dealing with this property management company. In my experience, they operate in an extremely shady and dishonest manner. They take advantage of elderly tenants and those who don’t speak English fluently, using confusing language and manipulative tactics to push through unfair agreements or avoid fulfilling their responsibilities. They are not transparent about costs, frequently dodge accountability, and twist situations to benefit themselves at the expense of the tenant’s well-being. I have never seen a company act with such a blatant lack of integrity and basic human decency. If you value honesty, fairness, and clear communication, look elsewhere — this company has shown none of those qualities. Their behavior is not just unprofessional, it’s predatory.

I see a lot of good reviews from realtors but as an owner, this company was a nightmare to deal with. They tried to force me to sign documents giving away my rights as an owner, when getting work done they told required permits that don't exist, and would no allow companies to do work without certain info that they cannot give without having permission in the first place. They are rude, they hung up on me when I tried to contact them by phone to sort it out. Now we have a new company and things are 100% better As for false claims in their reply to my review, half the building has gas heaters. The other half has wood burning fireplaces, mine was removed without something to replace it. So then saying that there is no gas in the build already is completely false. They never once mentioned the concerns they claim and just seem to be trying to discredit my review. Shame on them for lying and not taking accountability.
