Destiny SThey are responsive, quick, and I'm sure knowledgeable. Tyler did a good job, was in and out. However, $215 to change a waste pipe in my sink is insane. Y'all took advantage for sure. When I ended up having to change it again the next day (not because of their fault), I quickly found how easy it was to switch it out, and now I'm just kind of annoyed. It was $20 for the supplies I needed at home depot. That's just not right. I called and asked if they just have a base price that I missed, and she said that it's based on job complexity. Fair. But this isn't complex. Technically you didn't do anything wrong. I signed the agreement and agreed to pay. However, I'd much rather go with a company that's honest and doesn't overcharge me for a simple job like this.
