Tech John Barbosa was Very nice. Very knowledgeable. Explained and programmed everything. Garage door looks great. However, the company is not very responsive. I called over three times to inquire about my door and why the delay. Wonder paper it said 1 to 2 weeks my door took over three weeks. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor twice and one has not called me back in over two weeks so I’m not really happy about that. The only saving grace with this company is the initial tech that came out and then this tech that came out today to complete the garage door install we’re very nice knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Other than that I would’ve been stopped using this company. Asked for a supervisor or asked for a response via email. They expect someone to get back to them in a timely fashion at the end of the day. This company has not gotten back to me at all however, I had already paid my deposit for my door and it said all sales were final. So my five star review is only for the technicians and not the company
