Ultimate professionals! Although I loved my garage deck, it had leaking/deterioration issues below decking, so it had to go. Decided to go with a flat roof option. Chris and his team were wonderful, got the job done in two days, and cleaned up nicely. They were able to salvage existing siding to fill in where the stairs were, and ensured the proper pitch on the new, flat roof. Good, responsive communication from both Chris and the team leader, Paul.

Chris, Paul, and their team did general roof maintenance, replaced one old roof deck, and installed storm doors this summer at my place in Lakeview. It was a bit complicated because I have had problems with water not draining sufficiently away from my doors to roofs (two roofs and three doors). Whoever originally did it had not thought it through given the Chicago weather conditions. They came up with great solutions that are practical, look good, and, most importantly, solve my water leakage problems. Excellent work and I am very happy about my new roof deck and storm doors. I highly recommend them for jobs that are not straightforward but require creative and practical solutions.
