Lisa AI was fortunate to have the same AMAZING team -- Marco, Aaron, and Nemo -- for all three services: packing, moving, and unpacking. So courteous and friendly! I couldn't believe how quickly and expertly they packed up my apartment. They checked with me the night before to make sure they brought all the supplies I might need. My beloved corner workstation won't fit through a door, so they carefully disassembled it so we could bring it. Once we got to my new house (3 hours away), they remembered where things had been previously, which made it easier to unpack. Let me HIGHLY recommend the unpacking service -- it means you can "just start living" in your new home right away, instead of hunting through boxes for weeks. Marco and team made moving practically stress-free, which is something I never thought I'd be able to say. I'm a raving fan and can't thank them enough. The entire crew was careful with my items and were able to complete a 1 bedroom + office POD unload on the 3rd floor in just under two hours. The team was also able to put my bed into a loft space and helped with assembly during that time period. Communications with Luis and other members of the company was clear and direct, and the estimate on timing was very accurate. I hope I won't move for a long time, but I will use 3 Men Movers again and recommend them to others who need moving services.
