21st Century Painting, Roofing, & Siding of Austin

We used 21st Century to replace all of our worn out Masonite siding with Hardy cement fiber siding. They also did some carpentry construction to replace damaged wood around the garage, doors and other locations around our exterior. After doing the siding they painted all of the houses exterior and our shed. We got four bids from various contractors. Their price was right in the middle of the bids, so we knew it was a fair quote. We also found that their estimate was much more detailed than the other bids, so we knew there would be less $ surprises at the end of the work. The work itself was perfect as well. The site coordinator and the crew clearly communicated with each other and us. We plan to use 21st again when we replace our roof as they are dependable, skilled and do an excellent job.
