Got a new bike at the Bike Expo in Milwaukee and was having some issues with rattling in the stem and saddle pain. They helped me with both and were super friendly and accommodating. They were able to help with the saddle even though I had just walked in without an appointment. They even took the time to look at the stem right away. It ended up needing a little more than a quick look, so I left the bike with them and in less than a week they had fixed it and had it ready to go. They're definitely my go-to bike shop now!
