I worked with Mary to sell my Baltimore condo while living across the country on the west coast. I initially had concerns that the distance would be a challenge, but Mary really leaned in to make sure it all went as smoothly as possible. From being readily available whenever I needed to get in touch with her, to visiting the property on several occasions and even changing smoke detector batteries - she did/does it all! Her experience in the industry shows, as she's well-connected with contractors and vendors, and can advise on practically any facet in real estate. Highly recommend choosing her as your agent.

Mary our realtor has been with us from day 1 until closing. If we had a question about anything, she answered it. The entire process of putting house on the market, choice of buyer and closing went so smoothly and quickly.

I cannot recommend Mary enough! My family and I had extenuating circumstances that required Mary to be very hands on. Mary’s communication during the entire process was incredible! While it was only for a rental, it would not have happened without Mary’s involvement. It truly was our pleasure to have the privilege to work with Mary! She was fantastic!

Mary was absolutely amazing! She assisted in the sale of my old home and the purchase of our new home. Mary is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job thoroughly explaining everything. She jumped through hoops to make sure the process was as seamless as possible. Mary is also very detail oriented and is an excellent resource when touring homes. We strongly recommend Mary and could not have asked for a better experience during one of the most stressful transactions of our lives!
