Wow..really surprised by all the bad reviews (lot are old so maybe they changed management) but nothing but good things to say about them. Was originally quoted a week turnaround time, which was fine, but ended up delivering it in TWO DAYS! great communication, sent me pics of my proof, and the work is high quality. I have found my place for all my upcoming embroidery and custom apparel needs for my business. Plus they're also a Harlem-based business. Gotta support each other!

Excellent service from Sai and William! Turnaround time was unbelievably fast and they were very accommodating. Sai was really helpful in guiding me through what font and thread would work best for the embroidery. The price was also very reasonable. Glad I chose this company. Definitely will be back!

They placed the lettering I wanted UNDER the hood-it couldn't be seen . They tried to fix it 3 times before ruining my jacket. Asked for the $20 back I paid to have it done and was told they have a "no refund policy". WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! SEE MY FULL REVIEW ON YELP.
